At the Phillips Collection, soprano Abigail Mitchell has room to grow

The Phillips Collection's excellent concert series resumed Sunday with a recital by Abigail Mitchell and Casey Robards. Mitchell, a young lyric soprano who has won voice competitions in Germany and Italy and who took second prize in the 2013 Washington International Competition, offered a fairly narrow lieder program of Strauss, Rimsky-Korsakov, Debussy and Ravel.
